Reservations and Charges

You are encouraged to make plans early to use the facilities at the Cramer Retreat Center.

Rates:
(As of May 1, 2011)

For day use only

Mon. - Thurs.: $5 per person (minimum charge: 10 people)

Fri. - Sun.: $10 per person (minimum charge: 20 people)

Overnight Stays

$20 per person per night (minimum charge: 5 people)

Deposit, Cancellation, and Payment Policies:

A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Deposits are due within two weeks of submission of the reservation request form. After two weeks, if the deposit is not received, the date will be released.
Full payment is due two weeks prior to your event. Adjustments to the amount due can be made as necessary, but only with prior approval of the Property Manager.

Make checks payable to "Cramer Retreat Center, c/o Heartspring Methodist Foundation," and mail checks to:
